We're pleased to announce that Theios Research Institute, Inc. has received official 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity status from the Internal Revenue Service.
This recognition marks an important milestone. We're now fully authorized to pursue the mission we were founded for: developing rigorous discovery systems that test ideas, surface structural patterns, and advance knowledge through reproducible scientific protocols.
EIN: 41-3302025
What This Means
Our approval under IRS classification 107(b)(1)(A)(vi) brings several meaningful benefits:
- Tax-deductible donations under IRC Section 170 — contributions to Theios can now be deducted on your federal tax return
- Eligibility for bequests, gifts, and transfers under Sections 2055, 2106, and 2522
- Tax-exempt status effective November 7, 2025 — retroactive to our formation
Looking Ahead
This status doesn't change what we do — it validates it. We remain committed to rigorous, independent research that prioritizes truth over convenience and long-term understanding over short-term attention.
We're grateful to everyone who believes that careful, honest inquiry matters. Your support — whether through attention, engagement, or contribution — is what makes this work possible.
If you'd like to support our research, donations are now tax-deductible.
